1. Cumulative Response Reports
These regular reports show each question with its
cumulative response to date.    

How users leverage cumulative information:

    elements.  A cumulative response threshold of 400
    may be considered representative of the market .
C. Marketing research for data analysis
D. Sales aids which highlight cumulative response

2. Individual Responder Profiles
These profiles show each individual’s response, along
with cumulative response, by territory.  Profiles are
disseminated to sales representatives for in-person
follow-ups.

B. Fulfilling requests for samples, information
C. Positively influencing doctors by showing colleagues'

3. Customized Reports and Databases
Customized reports may be generated for specific
needs, such as responses by region, by specialty,
by types of questions, by no-sees, and more.

Customized databases may be produced for fulfillment
of samples, information and materials.  May also be
produced with e-mail and fax addresses for follow-up
communications by the product team and sales reps
(users find email open rates to be higher with
responders who have requested further information).

These reports list individual doctors' questions
and comments. 

How users leverage pulse information:
By scanning questions and comments, Dialog users
can tune-in to the current needs, wants and attitudes
of the market.  Doctors' questions and comments
go beyond the checked responses to questions and
can reveal underlying attitudes and concerns.
